Please keep in mind:

Due to both customs regulations and shipping costs, we cannot issue replacements or accept returns on items shipped to addresses outside the United States.

We will be unable to refund products if the product is not in the same condition as they were sent out

For refunds of damaged products, photos are required. Please email us the photos as soon as possible once you receive a damaged package.

Returns will be processed and credited to your account with 5-7 business days from the date we received your package. If your order was damaged during shipment, or if you received the incorrect item in your order, please do not open the product and contact us immediately.

If you purchased one of our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their terms and conditions to process your request. We only accept returns for products purchased through our website.

CHANGING ORDER

If you feel you do not need the product immediately after you placed the order- Don’t worry! Call us and we shall issue you a full refund if the order has not been shipped yet. However, if the order has been shipped - Please reject the package or send it back to us. We shall issue a full refund minus shipping charges when we receive the product.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ORDER PROCESSING DIFFICULTIES

Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation.
